Ingredients

Dressing:

  • 1 Egg
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise (real stuff)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Dry Mustard
  • ½ tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 3 cloves of Garlic (pressed)

Salad:

  • 3 Romaine hearts
  • Croutons
  • Bacon bits
  • Shredded cheese

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a shaker container or using a hand blender. Prepare ahead of time, so it can sit in the fridge for a while.

  2. Serve on Romaine lettuce with croutons, bacon bits, and cheese. Toss to coat all the lettuce with the dressing.


Notes

  • Use real mayonnaise, not miracle whip, ‘mayonnaise type dressing’ or anything like that.

  • The original recipe calls for 1 clove of garlic. I use at least 3 - better.

  • Use real Bacon bits, not artificial.
