Pogradec is a small town on Lake Ohrid, right next to the Macedonian border. I was invited to a jam session with Marcel and some of his friends. We met in a café and spent the night talking and singing and enjoying the company of others. The art on the walls was stunning, and I met some truly interesting people.

In the morning I had to go to Ohrid, so I could spend a few days in the city before my work exchange in Lagadin began. I had intended to stay the night in a hostel recommended to me by Ilir, but they were closed for renovations, sadly. Instead, I decided to go to a campsite and spend the night in the open air. The night was colder than I had expected, but it was still a great time.
